Save Kidman Station from Foreign Ownership

DomaCom are pleased to confirm that if we are successful in acquiring Kidman Station we expect gross rental to be 3.9%, paid by the operational business to the land fund for Kidman Station. In addition to this expect the annual capital valuation on the land could be in the vicinity of 4%- 5% based on recently released figures from the Rural Bank Australian Farmland Values 2015  analysis. This analysis put the national median farmland price increase at 5.3% for 2015 with a 20 year average at 5.8%.

Our crowdfunding campaign to save Kidman Station from foreign ownership is in its 6th months but drawing to a close. Bidding is open to all comers provided they can demonstrate their ability to buy the property and the business.

Join the thousands of people who have committed to investing in Kidman Station for as little as $2,500, to keep Aussie agriculture Aussie owned. We have pledges of $80m for the land and $160m for the business.
